The museum building is currently under construction and is not yet open to the public. Until the building is ready, the centre runs at the Camp Office located at the VIP Colony, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar with regular programmes like Meet the Artist and the annual Film Festival on Art and Artists. The centre also has an office in New Delhi which mainly oversees the overall museum planning.
