Focus: Gandhian Values in Art Duration: Up to 30 mins Short, fiction, nonfiction or animation films on art, cultural or communities. This year’s focus is on Gandhian Values in Art. This may be interpreted as: art for peace, coexistence, binding crafts and shared universal value.

About the event
Focus:
To celebrate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, an Indian activist who was the leader of the Indian independence movement against British rule, this year's special focus is Gandhian Values in Art.

Eligibility:
1. JDCA 13FF invites entries of short films from from across the world.
2. Film should be less than 30 mins.
3. Student films are accepted.
4. Priority will be given to films associated with the special focus.
Important Note:
1. JDCA 13FF is a non-competitive film festival, hence, there is no award/cash prize.
2. Filmmakers of selected films will be invited to the film festival to present their film, subject to availability, JDCA 13FF may support the film maker in their travel and local accommodation in Bhubaneswar.
